Pumpkin Prowl '06
Tonight the fam and I headed to the Woodland Park Zoo for their annual Pumpkin Prowl. We met up with Don, Amy and Henry Light at the gate where they kindly had fresh Starbucks for us. It was a cold, wet and basically miserable day, so the warm bevies were especially welcome items.
Once inside we immediately ran into our PEPs friends: Tom, Stephanie and Luke Uniak along with Pam, Erick and Ericka Newman. After a brief stint watching the Brothers From Different Mothers perform the beginning of their comedy/juggling act to the onset of a serious downpour, we ran into none other than Debbie Reber and her son Asher Basden while we did our pumpkin stroll. The Zoomazium building had been turned into a super creepy haunted house that was indeed scary.
There were so many pumpkins - Each decorated in a unique and fun way that it made my head spin. The decorations were amazing too. All of the zoo volunteers should get some "big ups" as they were very helpful, courteous and nice. Fun times!

First Dental Appointment
This morning I headed to the dental office of Dr. Jeffrey Marks with Daddy. The whole experience was a bunch of fun: There is a really cool fish tank in the lobby, a bunch of toys, super nice hygienists and the doctor was exceptionally funny. He basically had a look under the hood to count how many teeth I have and to make sure they are coming in OK (which they are). He gave Daddy a fluoride solution for once-a-day brushing and we were on our way. Easy peasey.
Daddy would like to apologize for the poor camera phone picture

Pumpkin Patch
Today Mommy, Daddy and I met up with Amy and Henry Light at The Farm pumpkin patch in Snohomish, WA. The weather was miserably wet, but there was no dampening of spirits. Mommy and Daddy helped me pick out my own pumpkin before we joined Henry and Amy at the animal petting area. I saw a pig, a donkey, a goat, a pony, chickens, bunnies, and a new litter of kittens.

Kitty
Those that are part of my inner circle know how important Kitty, an impromptu gift from one Miss Amy Lower, is to me. Kitty is matted, worn out and stinks because of my incessant chewing of her tail.
A week or so ago Mommy found a replacement at Bartell's. The picture on the left is the Kitty that has been ridden hard and put away wet... The Kitty on the right is the new Kitty. It's sort of like those infamous pictures of meth users before and after heavy use.

Home Sick From School
I had a fever of 102 yesterday so I had to stay home from school today. Daddy was in Vancouver, WA helping Grammy Sam find a new place to live, but raced home so that Mommy could do more of her training as she continues to transition roles.
It was so great to start the day with Daddy. I missed him while he was away - Probably just as much as he missed us. After morning coffee at Starbucks, he and I had a rendez-vous with Dr. Spector to see what to do with me and my current state of health - Albuterol for wheezing, Tylenol for fever, Robitusson for the cough, and lots of love from the parentals.
Ecstatic to see Dr. Spector

Daddy's Gone AWOL
To fuel his insatiable photography obsession, Daddy took a three day job over the weekend recording Tullycraft at the nearby Soundhouse Recording. While Mommy is generally opposed to getting stuck with me for three days in a row, we had a TON of fun!! And besides, this time around Daddy's cashish isn't going to more photo gear, but to help fund their upcoming trip to Scottsdale, AZ.
