Easter!

This morning the family and I kept it pretty close to home watching Dora, Diego, and Bob the Builder as the weather was a little iffy and the parentals were reserving the Easter egg hunt as a post-nap activity while I would be gussied up in my pretty Easter dress. It's now an Easter dress tradition for Nana to get me THE MOST BEAUTIFUL DRESS EVER. But if I got THE MOST BEAUTIFUL DRESS EVER last year, how could this year's be more beautiful? Until Dad gets his act together and has photos to prove it, you'll just have to take my word for it.

And just what does the family Beel do for Easter around these parts anyway? Nana and Papa met up with us at an old haunt of Mommy and Daddy in the U-District called Tempero do Brasil. Years ago Daddy discovered this little gem while working with a famous Brazilian band called Titas. It became a momentary hotspot with Mommy, Papa, Daddy and Nana, but has been off the radar for a coupla years now. Until now... We came, we saw, we ate, we drank and we celebrated Easter egg hunts and chocolate bunnies. And hopefully we'll be back soon!
